Republic of Armenia Revises National Security Strategy
By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, an inter-agency commission has been established to coordinate the revision of the National Security Strategy of the Republic of Armenia. The chairman of the commission is appointed to be Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia.
Purpose of the Revision Commission
The revision of the National Security Strategy is driven by the constantly changing domestic and international environment and the emergence of new challenges. Updating the strategy will allow for a more effective response to security challenges and contribute to the sustainable development of Armenia.

The inter-agency commission includes high-ranking representatives from various ministries and state bodies. The commission comprises:

- Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affairs

- Deputy Minister of Economy
- Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport
- Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs
- Deputy Minister of Environment
- Deputy Minister of Defence
- Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure
- Deputy Minister of Finance
- Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee
- Deputy Director of the National Security Service
- Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia
- Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia
- Head of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan

The Process of Revising the National Security Strategy
