WINDHAM, NEW HAMPSHIRE (Azat TV) – Elijah Blue Allman, the 49-year-old son of superstar Cher and the late Gregg Allman, was arrested for a second time in New Hampshire within three days over the past weekend, facing charges related to an alleged home invasion. This latest incident, occurring on March 1 in Windham, follows an initial arrest on February 27 at a prep school in Concord, deepening concerns surrounding his ongoing legal and personal struggles.

Allman’s second arrest reportedly stemmed from an incident where he was accused of breaking into a house on Ministerial Road in Windham through a back door. According to an affidavit, a woman inside the home called 911 while hiding in a closet. When police arrived, they discovered a shattered glass pane in the back door and found Allman sitting on the couch, smoking a cigarette. Police stated he informed officers that the homeowner had given him permission to be there. He was also charged with violating his bail from the first arrest.

Allman’s First Arrest at St. Paul’s School

Just 48 hours prior, on Friday, February 27, Elijah Blue Allman was arrested at St. Paul’s School in Concord. The Concord Police Department confirmed to TMZ that authorities were contacted about an unwanted individual on campus who was allegedly “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently.” Allman was reportedly found in the dining hall and subsequently booked on two counts of assault, along with charges of criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. Both TMZ and People reported that Allman has no known ties to St. Paul’s School. He was later released on a personal recognizance bond, requiring him to appear in court as mandated.

St. Paul’s School issued a statement to News 9 emphasizing its commitment to student and staff safety. The school noted its clear policies regarding visitor access, stating that most campus buildings are locked and accessible only by ID card to students, faculty, and staff. They expressed gratitude to the Concord Police Department for their assistance in ensuring community safety.

Ongoing Legal and Personal Challenges

These recent arrests are the latest in a series of highly publicized personal challenges for Elijah Blue Allman. Court paperwork indicates Allman’s primary residence is a multi-million dollar home in Malibu, California, with no obvious connections to New Hampshire.

In 2023, his mother, Cher, attempted to establish a temporary conservatorship over his estate, citing “severe mental health and substance abuse issues” and expressing concerns that he could deplete his inheritance from his father, Gregg Allman, who passed away in 2017. However, a judge denied the petition in 2024, determining that Allman was capable of managing his finances, had an apartment, and had remained drug-free following multiple drug tests. Less than a year before his recent New Hampshire arrests, Allman was also reportedly rushed to a medical facility in California in June 2025 after law enforcement officials alleged he had been behaving erratically.

Despite his legal woes, Allman’s estranged wife, Marieangela King Allman, has previously spoken out in his defense. She told People, “While it is true that Elijah has faced personal challenges in the past, one constant has been his unwavering commitment to sobriety and his loyalty to those he loves.” She added, “Like many, he continues to confront his inner struggles — but it is important to recognize that he does so from a place of strength, not defeat.” The couple were married for 11 years before she filed for divorce in April 2025, though they had briefly reconciled after Allman initially sought to end their marriage in 2021. Cher, 79, has not publicly commented on her son’s recent arrests.

The recurrence of Elijah Blue Allman’s legal troubles, marked by two arrests in quick succession in a state where he has no known ties, highlights the persistent nature of the challenges he faces, despite previous court rulings and personal efforts towards sobriety.
