His prior leadership roles include RocketFuel, recognized as one of the earliest AI-driven marketplaces, and Percolate, a content orchestration platform later acquired by Seismic, where he successfully executed turnarounds and exits.

Prior to joining the Virgin Group in 2006, Weiss held senior management positions at ntl:Telewest (now Virgin Media O2) and was part of Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking team in London.
