Now playing for Inter Miami, Messi expressed gratitude for the role Barcelona has played in his life and career. “Firstly, congratulations on these 125 years. I want to say that it’s an honour to be part of the club, to be a Barcelona fan,” Messi began. “I was fortunate that God brought me to this place and made me spend my entire life in this wonderful club.”
