On December 2, Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs will travel to the Kingdom of the Netherlands to participate in the 23rd Assembly of States Parties to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Armenia’s accession to the ICC in February marked a significant milestone, strengthening its commitment to the international justice system. The Assembly in The Hague will be the first major platform where an Armenian representative will participate within the framework of ICC membership.
During his visit, Minister is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with Dutch officials. These discussions aim to enhance political, economic, and legal cooperation between Armenia and the Netherlands.
Armenia’s participation in the ICC Assembly is crucial for presenting its international stance and reinforcing its role in both regional and global justice issues. The Assembly provides an opportunity to effectively organize Armenia’s activities within the ICC framework and advocate for justice and accountability.
Mirzoyan’s presence in the Netherlands underscores Armenia’s dedication to international justice and opens new avenues for strengthening bilateral ties with European partners.
