The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has introduced a new working schedule for its registration and examination departments to improve time management and enhance citizen-centric public services.

According to the MIA, the previous working hours limited the capacity to serve a larger number of citizens efficiently. The new schedule aims to expand service availability and improve the overall accessibility of public services.

Under the updated working hours, the registration and examination departments will operate Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with citizens allowed entry only until 5:00 PM.

This adjustment, according to the MIA, is expected to accommodate higher service demands throughout the week without compromising service quality.

The initiative seeks to ensure better time management, improve the accessibility of public services, and enhance citizen satisfaction by addressing the growing needs of the public.

For more details and inquiries, citizens are encouraged to visit the regional offices of the MIA or check the official website.
