The State Revenue Committee (SRC) reported that from October 1 to 30, through operational intelligence activities, 63 cases of tax code violations were recorded, with the potential fines amounting to 50,764,675 drams.
In 16 cases, violations related to unauthorized business activities were reported, with recorded illegal income of 128,340,432 drams and possible fines of 64,335,716 drams.
Additionally, 16 cases involved unlicensed subsoil use, amounting to a total of 22 million 750,000 drams. These violations highlight the need for stricter regulations in subsoil and natural resource management.
The SRC emphasizes that the detection and penalization of these violations aim to encourage lawful business development.
