Dublin Restaurant Shut After ‘Unidentifiable Brown Liquid’ Found

Chillers Restaurant & Lounge in Dublin was issued a closure order in January 2026 by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) following the discovery of an unidentifiable ‘bucket of brown liquid’ and other severe hygiene breaches.
