Vladislav Bakalchuk, co-founder of Wildberries, has filed a lawsuit for over 350 billion rubles against Wildberries LLC, his wife and company co-founder Tatiana Kim (formerly Bakalchuk), and RVB, a joint venture between Wildberries and the advertising operator Russ. \nBakalchuk demands the invalidation of transactions transferring Wildberries’ assets to RVB. According to Bakalchuk, the value of the “illegally transferred assets” amounts to over 350 billion rubles.
\n“Warehouses, mezzanines, equipment, trucks, logistics facilities, Wildberries Bank and its assets, intangible assets, brands, software, website,” he explained in a conversation with Forbes.
\nBakalchuk believes this transaction “contradicts all principles of law and common sense.”
\n“No matter how much someone wants to rewrite history, the fact remains: Tatiana and I are still married, and we have never signed a prenuptial agreement,” Bakalchuk said.
