Message on Memory and Prevention

Ambassador Smbatyan emphasized that “present-day atrocities keep our memories fresh.” He suggested that “perhaps, if what happened 110 years ago had been given due assessment, humanity would have avoided the crimes committed in the following years and being committed in our days.”
