According to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia, the damage to the state caused by these activities is estimated at over 208 million AMD, equivalent to approximately $538,000.

The violations relate to breaches of Armenia’s legislation on the preservation and use of mineral resources. The charges were filed on May 16, 2025, within the framework of a criminal case currently under investigation by the Investigative Committee.
