Virgin Media Television has confirmed that broadcaster Lottie Ryan is set to join the presenting team of its flagship programme, The Six O’Clock Show. Ryan will partner with existing host Brian Dowling Gourounlian, with her tenure officially beginning this autumn.

The announcement, made on June 26, 2026, marks a strategic shift for the nightly entertainment series. Anthony Nilan, Director of Programming at Virgin Media Television, stated that the network expects the new pairing to bring significant energy to the broadcast. “She’s a brilliant broadcaster who connects so well with audiences,” Nilan noted, citing Ryan’s extensive background in radio and live television as a key asset for the show’s future direction.
