Armenian Minister of Economy announced the signing of a new memorandum with another potential investor to build a copper smelter in Armenia. The minister noted that a previous agreement was signed with the Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine, which has lagged in project development.
The new investor, whose identity remains undisclosed, aims to expedite the project’s implementation.
