The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia has announced that citizens can now schedule appointments online for visits to Unified Social Service (USS) regional centers. This new digital tool aims to improve accessibility and reduce queues at service points.
Steps for Online Registration
To book an appointment, users should follow these steps:
- Visit the Ministry’s official platform and click on the “Online Booking” button located in the upper right corner.
- On the newly opened page, select the appropriate USS center from the left-side menu.
- Click on the “Application” window, choose the preferred date and time, and confirm by pressing the “Confirm” button.
Benefits and User Requirements
To view booking and cancellation history, registration on the platform is required. This new functionality is expected to streamline service delivery and offer citizens a more efficient experience when interacting with social service institutions.
