The Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center, originally in Stepanakert, has reopened in Armenia, with full operations planned for 2025. At the October 30 opening ceremony, Baroness Caroline Cox, a key supporter of the center, was present. The center aims to continue its medical mission, initially started in Artsakh, to aid the rehabilitation of patients and support public health.
