Holiday Season Schedule and Pricing

Walt Disney World has officially unveiled its 2026 holiday season schedule, which is set to run from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027. While the announcement provides a clear window for seasonal decor, entertainment, and special programming, it also brings news of a price increase for the park’s signature event, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

According to Disney Food Blog, ticket prices for the popular holiday party will now range from $189 to $229 per person, depending on the selected date. This marks an increase from the 2025 range, which saw tickets priced between $169 and $229. The price adjustment reflects the ongoing demand for holiday-themed park access, which includes exclusive entertainment such as Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and access to park attractions with festive overlays.

Ticketing and Access

The company has implemented a tiered rollout for ticket sales. Guests staying at Walt Disney World hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and Shades of Green will have early access to purchase tickets beginning July 9. General public sales are scheduled to open on July 16.

The holiday season at Magic Kingdom features a variety of additions, including the ‘Frozen Holiday Surprise!’ at Cinderella Castle and the return of ‘The Jingle Cruise.’ While these attractions are integrated into the park experience, visitors are reminded that on nights when Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is scheduled, regular programming like the ‘Disney Starlight’ show will be replaced by party-exclusive events.

As the holiday season remains one of the busiest times for the resort, officials emphasize that tickets for the Christmas party historically sell out, particularly for dates in early November and the period immediately preceding Christmas Day.
