Emergency Alert Issued
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued an urgent AMBER Alert for 15-year-old Isaiah Kavon Owens, who was reported missing from the New Bern area. Authorities believe the teenager, who is autistic and has a speech delay, may be in immediate danger.
Suspect and Vehicle Information
Investigators believe Isaiah is in the company of 43-year-old Kenneth Lee Brantley. Brantley was last seen at the Palace Motel, located at 1901 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Room 242. Authorities have issued a warning to the public: do not approach Brantley if sighted.
The pair is suspected to be traveling in a black 2012 GMC Yukon with South Carolina license plate XFH752, potentially heading toward South Carolina. Brantley is described as a Black male, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 162 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with a colorful design and gray pants.

Isaiah Kavon Owens is described as a Black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and red-and-blue sneakers.
