At its session on February 18, the Government of Armenia adopted a decision to contribute property to the charter capital of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant CJSC.
The initiative concerns changes to the operating conditions of the reserve crisis center and may affect the leasing of a new site or modifications to property arrangements, as well as the scale of capital involvement.
It is noted that the changes are necessary to maintain the reliability and safety of the plant’s energy infrastructure, while the financial measures are being considered within the framework of a government-led program.
The analysis suggests that the new site and capital adjustments will help stabilize the operational dynamics of the reserve crisis center.
