Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighborhood is transforming into a hub of creativity today, July 11, 2026, as the annual Khatsahlano Street Party returns to West 4th Avenue. This year’s edition, themed “Wonderland,” spans 10 city blocks and features a curated lineup of local artists, food vendors, and interactive art installations.

The festival’s musical program, coordinated by local institution Zulu Records, highlights both emerging talent and established acts across several stages. Notable performances include Nanaimo-based singer-songwriter Elise Boulanger, who brings her orchestral folk sound to the Vine Stage at 2 p.m. Later in the afternoon, the UBC-formed ensemble Chopping Spree! is scheduled to perform at the Burrard Stage at 3:30 p.m., followed by a 5 p.m. set from indie pop duo Fionn on the Maple Stage.

The evening concludes with a headline performance by hometown favorites Uncle Strut, who are set to take the Burrard Main Stage at 8 p.m. The band, known for their dynamic stage presence and influences ranging from rock to classic legends, closes out the day’s festivities. Admission to the event remains free, inviting residents and visitors to explore the local culture and community offerings along the West 4th Avenue corridor.
