LV Petroleum LLC, a Las Vegas-based operator of travel centers and quick-service restaurants, announced a significant expansion of its national footprint throughout June 2026. The company confirmed the acquisition of a new travel center in Williams, Iowa, and the opening of several new dining concepts across multiple states.

On June 17, the company assumed operations of the Iowa facility, which now features both a Miss J’s Cafe and a Sbarro Pizza. This follows the June 16 opening of a Miss J’s Cafe in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, which was activated just eight days after the previous tenant vacated the premises. According to Jeanette Davis, senior vice president of LV Petroleum, these rapid transitions are part of the company’s strategy to maintain high-quality service standards for travelers.

A major milestone for the company was the opening of a Sbarro Pizza in Hillsboro, Texas, marking the 32nd location of the brand within the LV Petroleum portfolio. Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum, stated that the company’s ability to scale brands at this pace is supported by internal systems developed since the company’s founding in 2014.

Beyond the Texas opening, the company has added Sbarro locations in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and Mississippi this month, with an additional site planned for Ohio. Founded by Guy Madmon and Val Amiel, LV Petroleum currently manages over 84 travel centers and 180 quick-service restaurants across the United States, operating a diverse portfolio of over 30 franchise brands.
