On November 2, Armenia’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Vahe Ghazaryan, signed several appointments for heads of police regional departments. Arthur Bdoyan, Arsen Voskanyan, and Arthur Zakaryan were assigned as heads of regional criminal police divisions, as part of a structural reorganization.
These appointments aim to strengthen Armenia’s regional law enforcement. Additionally, the new leadership in the community police divisions is expected to increase organizational efficiency.
