The property, which previously served as the residence for former Manchester United and Everton defender Phil Neville, has been Flintoff’s home since 2021, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The listing comes shortly after Flintoff announced a significant career pivot. Last month, the former England Lions coach confirmed he would be stepping down from his role with the national set-up to become the head coach of the Sydney Thunder in Australia’s Big Bash League. While Flintoff has not explicitly linked the sale of his home to his move to Australia, the timing coincides with his transition to full-time international coaching.
