Armenia’s Involvement in Peaceful Resolution of International Disputes

Armenian government has approved the ratification of the Hague “Convention on the Peaceful Settlement of International Disputes,” which serves as a foundation for the Permanent Court of Arbitration. The Constitutional Court’s decision on compliance with the Armenian Constitution is required for full ratification.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration is an international organization where states, intergovernmental organizations, and private parties can peacefully resolve disputes. Armenia’s participation in the Court aligns with its commitment to peace, promoting opportunities for diplomacy and dialogue in international dispute resolution.
