Miller, who has been a fixture on the ITV soap since 2008, shared the experience with his followers on Instagram, posting photos of his wife, Steph Jones, and their three children exploring the fictional village.
The actor highlighted a humorous moment involving his son, Albert, who mistakenly believed he was visiting “Arendelle”—the kingdom from the Disney film Frozen—rather than “Emmerdale.” Miller jokingly noted that Albert was disappointed to find no sign of characters like Elsa or Anna during their visit to the Woolpack pub and Dingle Farm.
Fans responded warmly to the photos, with many commenting on the significance of Miller showing his children the place where he has spent much of his professional life. The visit follows a similar trend among the cast; co-star Isabel Hodgins, who plays Victoria Sugden, also recently brought her newborn daughter and husband to the set while on maternity leave.
