ESPN New York officially announced on Tuesday that it will transition to an entirely local weekday radio lineup, effective January 6, 2026. The shift marks the completion of the station’s strategic move toward localized content across its entire 880-AM schedule.
The final component of the new programming grid is a midday show featuring Chris Carlin and Bart Scott, which will air from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The pair previously worked together at WFAN in 2018. This change necessitates the removal of Mike Greenberg’s nationally syndicated midday show from the station’s roster.
According to the official announcement, the morning slot from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. remains unchanged, with Rick DiPietro and Dave Rothenberg continuing their tenure. Following the new Carlin-Scott show, ‘The Michael Kay Show’ will occupy the 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. window. The afternoon drive slot, running from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., will feature Don La Greca, Peter Rosenberg, and Alan Hahn. Dan Graca will continue to manage night-time programming surrounding the station’s coverage of the Mets, Knicks, and Rangers.
