Armenia’s Minister of Finance, Vahe Hovhannisyan, has signed a loan agreement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the “Fiscal Stability and Financial Markets Development Program-Subprogram 2.” The agreement provides a budget support loan of approximately €89.5 million aimed at reforms in Armenia’s fiscal and financial systems.
