Production Underway in New Jersey
Netflix has officially announced that production for Grown Ups 3 is underway in New Jersey. Thirteen years after the release of the second film in the franchise, the streaming giant confirmed that the project is moving forward, bringing back the core ensemble that defined the series.
The film is being produced by Netflix in partnership with Sony Pictures. While an official release date has not yet been set, the production team has begun shooting, signaling a significant expansion of Adam Sandler’s ongoing collaboration with the platform.
Returning Cast and New Additions
The third installment reunites the central group of friends introduced in the 2010 original. Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, and Rob Schneider are all confirmed to return to their respective roles. They will be joined by Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello, and Salma Hayek Pinault, who portray the wives of the main characters.
