Harris County as a Pivotal Battleground
Harris County, which contains roughly 2.6 million registered voters and accounts for over 13 percent of the Texas electorate, has become the primary focus of these outreach efforts. Despite a general Democratic lean, the county has seen increased competition, with Republicans successfully flipping several judicial seats in 2024.
