MOGANSHAN (Manila Times) – Global media representatives, key opinion leaders, and user representatives gathered on October 21, 2026, in Moganshan, Zhejiang province, for the JETOUR Global Technology Experience Day. The event moved away from traditional closed tracks, introducing a 15-kilometer all-terrain “Off-Road Treasure Hunt” test drive featuring models such as the T2 and G700 across water crossings, gravel, steep slopes, and craters.

Intelligent Off-Road Technology and Terrain Adaptation

Participants tested the vehicles’ capabilities across diverse natural obstacles designed to evaluate real-world travel readiness. At stream-crossing segments, drivers activated the 7+X intelligent off-road system using an X button control, which aims to reduce the need for manual locking mode selections. According to reported vehicle specifications, visual AI and chassis sensors work in tandem to switch driving modes and distribute torque within milliseconds.

For more demanding challenges such as camel-hump and crater obstacles, the G700 utilized its GAIA all-terrain intelligent platform. The system integrates hybrid power, three differential locks, air suspension, and terrain recognition to balance extreme off-road capability with cabin comfort. European media outlets attending the event noted that the engineering balances performance with passenger comfort across challenging surfaces.

Campsite Demonstrations and Practical Utility

The experience extended to a simulated campsite featuring hands-on challenges addressing common roadside scenarios. Flexible storage configurations accommodated various outdoor gear, while high-power vehicle-to-load functionality powered on-site coffee grinding without an external power source. Additionally, a simulated road obstruction caused by a fallen tree tested vehicle towing capacity, highlighting utility in roadside recovery and travel-trailer towing.

Starlight Forum and the “Travel+” Strategy

Following the driving sessions, the Starlight Forum brought together international guests and company executives to discuss regional travel needs and future market strategies. JETOUR International President Ke Chuandeng and Executive Vice President Yan Jun presented awards to winning teams from the test-drive and campsite challenges.

During the forum, participants discussed how different regional markets shape varying requirements for off-road capability, comfort, and everyday convenience. Ke Chuandeng stated that the brand’s “Travel+” strategy focuses on outdoor and long-distance performance while deepening connections between products, ecosystems, and culture. Launched in 2018, the brand has expanded into more than 100 countries and regions, maintaining a global user base exceeding 50 million across its T-Series and G-Series portfolios.
