Marvel Rivals, NetEase’s popular superhero shooter, continues to evolve with its latest update on June 19. This patch introduces a new limited-time event, Venom’s Bubble Pop, alongside Twitch Drops, hero adjustments, and bug fixes. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s new in this update.

Venom’s Bubble Pop Event

Starting June 19, players can dive into the Venom’s Bubble Pop event, which runs through July 11. This event offers both free and premium rewards. By completing in-game missions, players can earn the Future Foundation Human Torch costume for free. Premium rewards, such as the Venom – Pink Bubble costume, are also available for purchase. This event adds a fresh layer of excitement to the game, giving players new challenges and exclusive loot to collect.

Twitch Drops

From June 19 to July 16, Marvel Rivals is launching new Twitch Drops tied to the Ignite tournament series. By accumulating the required viewing time on Twitch, players can claim rewards, including the Magik – Will of Galacta costume. This initiative not only rewards dedicated fans but also encourages engagement with the competitive scene.

Hero Adjustments and Bug Fixes

The June 19 patch includes several hero adjustments aimed at improving balance and gameplay. Thor’s Awakened state now allows players to cancel the ability, providing more flexibility in combat. Wolverine’s Wild Ride has been fixed to prevent enemies with the Unstoppable status from being launched into the air. Additionally, Reed’s Flexible Elongation no longer collides with the environment, preventing unintended knockouts.

Other fixes address global button remapping issues affecting Ultron’s Battle Matrix Protocol and Spectator mode. These adjustments ensure a smoother and more balanced experience for all players.

New Store Items

The update also introduces new items to the in-game store, including the Iron Fist – Binary Fist and Moon Knight – Phoenix Knight skins. These additions provide players with more customization options to personalize their favorite heroes.
