Canadian rock heavyweights Nickelback are preparing for a massive global concert run, officially announcing their “Everything Under the Sun World Tour” for 2027. The extensive arena trek spans North America, Europe, and Australia, serving as support for the band’s upcoming eleventh studio album, which is scheduled for release via Virgin Music Group.
The announcement follows a strong commercial lead-in for the new record. The lead single, “Rattle the Cage” featuring guitarist John 5, reached No. 1 on the US Active Rock radio chart, setting the stage for subsequent singles “Leave Me Behind” and “Make Me Love You”. These tracks offer fans a taste of the emotional and sonic direction of the forthcoming album, which follows 2022’s Get Rollin’ and its record-breaking supporting tour.
Tour Itinerary Across Three Continents
The 2027 itinerary kicks off in North America with a performance in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on February 6. The band will play dozens of arena dates across the US and Canada—including stops in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Chicago, and Los Angeles—before wrapping up the North American leg in Mexico City in early May.
Following the North American dates, Nickelback will cross the Atlantic for a European leg beginning in late May. Arena performances across the UK and continental Europe will take the group through London, Paris, Berlin, and other major cities, concluding on July 13 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The final leg brings the tour to Australia in October 2027, featuring stops in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Sydney, and the Hunter Valley.
Support Acts and Ticket Sales
English rock outfit Don Broco will join Nickelback as direct support on the tour. Known for selling out major venues like Wembley Arena and Alexandra Palace, Don Broco brings an energetic post-hardcore and electronic-infused sound to the stage. The two bands recently collaborated on “Nightmare Tripping”, the title track from Don Broco’s upcoming album.
Tickets for the global tour will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 16, at 10 a.m. local time via Consequence. Multiple presales are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 13, featuring artist, Spotify, and carrier-specific presales depending on the region. VIP packages featuring pre-show lounge access and exclusive merchandise will also be available through VIP Nation.
