Data-Driven Selection Process
The Saskatchewan RCMP released its monthly wanted list on June 20, 2026, identifying 10 individuals currently sought by law enforcement for serious criminal offenses. The selection process utilizes a data-driven scoring system based on the Crime Severity Index (CSI), a Statistics Canada measurement that evaluates both the volume and relative severity of criminal charges.
According to the RCMP, the goal of this initiative is to focus resources on individuals who represent the highest potential risk to community safety. The scoring methodology specifically excludes personal demographics such as race, age, gender, or socio-economic status, focusing exclusively on the nature of the active warrants and the potential for public harm.
Nature of Charges
The individuals featured in the June list are sought for a range of serious offenses, including human trafficking, sexual assault, forcible confinement, and the use of prohibited firearms. Among those listed are Pierre Bouchard, wanted for trafficking in persons and sexual assault with a weapon, and Jonesy Cote, sought on multiple counts of sexual assault and sexual interference.
The RCMP emphasized that these monthly releases are intended to generate public tips and support ongoing investigations. Specialized units, such as the Saskatoon Warrant Enforcement Suppression Team (WEST), continue to actively track these fugitives. Notably, the effectiveness of these efforts was demonstrated earlier this month when WEST officers apprehended Charnelle Swiftwolfe, who had previously appeared on the provincial wanted list, in the Battlefords area.

Law enforcement authorities have issued a firm warning to the public: do not attempt to contact, approach, or apprehend any of the individuals identified in the list. If you recognize these individuals or have information regarding their whereabouts, you are urged to contact the RCMP at 310-RCMP (310-7257) or call 911 in an emergency. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
