Italian luxury house Tod’s has officially appointed Thai-British actress, singer, and model Rebecca Patricia “Becky” Armstrong as its new brand ambassador for the Southeast Asian market. The announcement highlights the brand’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its connection with a younger, globally conscious audience.

According to the company, Armstrong was selected for her “contemporary style, confidence and individuality,” which the house believes embodies a new generation of talent with resonance across Asia and international markets. The partnership is set to launch officially during Milan Fashion Week, where Armstrong will make her debut appearance at the Tod’s spring 2027 fashion show on September 25.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Armstrong stated, “I am so happy to be part of the Tod’s family and look forward to the journey ahead. I’ve always admired how Tod’s pieces are beautifully crafted, yet effortless and easy to wear every day.”

Armstrong’s career has seen a rapid ascent since her 2020 debut in “TharnType 2: 7 Years of Love.” She gained significant recognition with her lead role in “Gap: The Series,” which marked a milestone as the first girls’ love drama to air on Thai national television. Her recent credits include Netflix’s “Girl From Nowhere: The Reset” and the screen adaptation of the “4Elements” novel series. Earlier this year, she expanded her professional reach by signing with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and launching a music career with her debut single, “Skin,” released under Wild Music Group.

With this appointment, Armstrong joins an established roster of Asian talent representing the brand, including Chinese global ambassador Xiao Zhan, house ambassador Wayne Wang, Korean artist Han Ji-sung, and Japanese figures Nana Eikura and Shota Watanabe.
