Quick Read

  • Drake released a four-track deluxe edition of Habibti titled Habibti (FOMO) on Friday, Oct. 2.
  • The tracks were originally previewed during his recent visual short film project, FOMO.
  • The release features Don Toliver on ‘Cold Shoulder’ (with Yebba) and ‘Solar Eclipse’.
  • The project follows a historic May run where Drake claimed the top three spots on the Billboard 200.
Weeks after premiering music in his short film, Billboard reported that Drake has officially released a four-track deluxe edition of his recent album titled Habibti (FOMO). The extended release, which hit streaming services on Friday, October 2, brings together several heavily requested songs that initially debuted during the visual project last month.

The project arrives on the heels of a prolific year for the artist, adding to a reported total volume of new music that now spans well over three hours for 2026 alone. According to Pitchfork, the latest drop builds upon his earlier multi-album run and supplies listeners with studio versions of tracks that previously circulated only as visual excerpts.

Tracklist Highlights and Collaborations

The deluxe package features four distinct additions, prominently showcasing collaborations with fellow artist Don Toliver. Among the new cuts is “Cold Shoulder,” which features guest appearances by both Don Toliver and Yebba. Another focal point of the release is “Solar Eclipse,” a track that interpolates Ella Langley’s record-breaking smash hit “Choosin’ Texas,” a song that spent 24 consecutive weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100.

Rounding out the four-pack are the solo cut “Quebec” and an extended version of the original album track “Classic,” appropriately titled “Classic Pt. 2.” HipHop-N-More noted that fan anticipation for these specific cuts had steadily grown since the initial video premiere, prompting the rapper to fast-track their official DSP distribution.

The Rollout and Upcoming Tour Plans

Drake first teased the streaming arrival earlier in the week during a live broadcast on Kick while gambling online. “Go watch FOMO. It’s a bunch of songs coming to streaming on Thursday,” he told viewers, managing expectations by adding that while not every single piece of unreleased material would make the cut, enough fan favorites were arriving to satisfy demand.

This release follows a historic period for the rapper, whose May trifecta of albums—ICEMAN, Habibti, and MAID OF HONOUR—managed to simultaneously lock down the top three spots on the Billboard 200. Furthermore, tracks like “Janice STFU” from the ICEMAN project recently notched a 19th week at No. 1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart, breaking a tie with his past milestone “Hotline Bling.”

Looking ahead, the momentum is set to continue beyond digital platforms. Industry reports indicate that Drake is currently gearing up to hit the road for an extensive North American trek—his first major tour since the 2023 It’s All A Blur Tour—with global stadium dates already slated for the following year.
