Actress and Saturday Night Live alumna Molly Shannon is headlining a new promotional campaign for Shinola, featuring a watch collection dedicated to the late comedian Gilda Radner. The collaboration, which highlights Radner’s enduring influence on comedy, also features current SNL cast member Ashley Padilla.

The collection is part of Shinola’s Great American series and includes limited-edition timepieces, such as the 39mm Runwell and the Runabout, alongside branded travel accessories. According to the Detroit-based brand, the campaign aims to celebrate Radner’s legacy as one of the show’s original cast members. A portion of the proceeds from the collection will benefit Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit, an organization providing support to those impacted by cancer.

Shannon, who grew up watching Radner on SNL, noted the comedian’s significance in paving the way for character-driven comedy. In a recent interview, Shannon discussed her role as a mentor to current cast members, including Padilla, emphasizing the importance of authenticity in the high-pressure environment of the long-running sketch show. The campaign serves as both a tribute to Radner’s career and a bridge between generations of SNL performers.
