Port of Skagit Summer Programming
The Port of Skagit has released its schedule for the 2026 summer season, featuring a mix of cultural and historical events. According to official announcements, the series includes the 4th of July Hometown Celebration at La Conner Marina, featuring live music and fireworks.
A notable addition to the schedule is the Northern State Hospital Public History Day, hosted by the Skagit County Historical Museum on July 25 at the SWIFT Center. The event will offer public access to the 1916 Hub Building, providing historical context through guided walking tours and expert speakers. Furthermore, the Port will launch the ‘Music in the Park @ SWIFT’ concert series, featuring performances by Nonstop to Nashville, North Sound Soul, and the Skagit Symphony throughout the summer and early autumn.
