Due to a heavy snowfall that blanketed the region, ambulances faced significant challenges in approaching the affected area.
In response, the Ministry’s emergency services promptly dispatched personnel from the Aragatsotn regional rescue department, alongside members of the police service, to provide urgent assistance. Upon arrival, the rescue teams were tasked with surmounting the logistics posed by the challenging weather conditions to reach the distressed family.
Utilizing a snowmobile, the rescuers successfully navigated approximately half a kilometer through the deep snow to reach the children and their parents. The urgency of the situation called for immediate action, and the coordination between the rescue personnel was crucial. Once the family was safely aboard the snowmobile, they were escorted back to the ambulances by police officers who ensured their safe passage through the treacherous roads.
The swift actions of the medical team, combined with the efficient work of the rescue services and the police, facilitated the transport of the children and their parents to a nearby medical center for proper evaluation and care. Fortunately, due to their timely arrival and professional response, the children’s lives were not in danger, and they were provided with the necessary medical attention.
