Vladislav Bakalchuk, co-founder of Wildberries, has filed a lawsuit for over 350 billion rubles against Wildberries LLC, his wife and company co-founder Tatiana Kim (formerly Bakalchuk), and RVB, a joint venture between Wildberries and the advertising operator Russ. Forbes reports this, citing Bakalchuk’s representative.
Bakalchuk demands the invalidation of transactions transferring Wildberries’ assets to RVB. According to Bakalchuk, the value of the “illegally transferred assets” amounts to over 350 billion rubles.
“Warehouses, mezzanines, equipment, trucks, logistics facilities, Wildberries Bank and its assets, intangible assets, brands, software, website,” he explained in a conversation with Forbes.
Bakalchuk believes this transaction “contradicts all principles of law and common sense.”
“No matter how much someone wants to rewrite history, the fact remains: Tatiana and I are still married, and we have never signed a prenuptial agreement,” Bakalchuk said.
The press service of the united company of Wildberries and Russ reported that they have not yet received the lawsuit documents.
It’s worth noting that Tatiana Kim, co-founder of Wildberries, has filed for divorce from Vladislav Bakalchuk and has also renounced the Bakalchuk surname.
