Suzuki’s journey to the global stage was cultivated entirely within the Japanese football system. After moving to Japan as a child, he joined the Urawa Red Diamonds youth academy in 2009. He progressed through every age-group level, from U-15 to the senior national team, making his professional debut in 2021. Following a stint in Belgium with Sint-Truiden, Suzuki secured a move to Serie A side Parma. During the 2025-26 season, he proved his worth in Italy, recording a 71.1% save percentage, allowing only 28 goals across 20 appearances.
