In the first nine months of 2024, Armenia imported 1 billion kWh of electricity from Georgia, marking a 28.8% decrease from the previous year. Export revenue fell by 48.8%, totaling $49 million. The average export price also decreased by 28.1% to $0.047 per kWh. The majority of Georgian electricity exports went to Turkey (82.8%), with Armenia receiving 13.1%.
