Originally, families were required to submit applications by February 15, 2025, to qualify for the support program. However, as civilian missing persons cases remain unresolved, the decision allows eligible families to apply electronically until May 15, 2025. The support measure ensures uninterrupted aid for families enduring the psychological and material toll of wartime losses.
