Tour Cancellation Confirmed
The highly anticipated ‘Molly x North Kimokawaii Tour,’ a 14-date co-headlining run featuring 13-year-old North West and 21-year-old rapper Molly Santana, has been officially canceled. The tour, which was scheduled to commence on August 5, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, will no longer proceed, according to statements from both artists.
Ticketing platforms including Ticketmaster and AXS have updated the status of all scheduled shows to ‘canceled.’ Major venues, such as the House of Blues in Dallas and The Novo in Los Angeles, have removed the events from their respective calendars. The tour’s dedicated website has been taken offline, resulting in 404 errors for visitors attempting to access event information.
Artist Statements and Next Steps
Both performers addressed the cancellation via their official Instagram Stories. North West, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, stated, “I was really excited to go on tour with Molly Santana. Sadly it isn’t happening anymore, but I have something special for u guys. See ya soon.”
Molly Santana offered an apology to fans who had purchased tickets, noting the time and financial commitment of the audience. “I know a lot of you have taken time out of your busy schedules and spent your hard earned money planning to be there… I promise I will make this one up to you,” she wrote. Neither artist provided a specific reason for the abrupt termination of the tour.
Logistical and Financial Impact
For ticket holders, the cancellation process is automated. Ticketmaster has advised customers that no action is required to receive a refund. Funds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as they are received from the event organizers, with an estimated processing time of 14 to 21 days. If tickets were transferred between users, the refund is directed to the original purchaser.
The cancellation brings an early end to what would have been North West’s first-ever headlining tour. The project followed her May 2026 debut EP release, N0rth4evr, and a joint performance with Santana at Lyrical Lemonade’s Summer Smash festival in Chicago in June. Despite the loss of the tour, both artists maintain active social media presence, with Santana teasing future projects under the label ‘Black punk’.
