During a recent official engagement at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital, the Princess of Wales was seen wearing a specific accessory: a braided turquoise friendship bracelet gifted to her by her daughter, Princess Charlotte. According to reports, the Princess has been wearing the piece to keep her daughter close while working away from home.
Princess Charlotte presented the gift to her mother following the successful completion of the National Three Peaks Challenge, which required the Princess of Wales to climb Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis within a 24-hour period. Official documentation of the challenge included images of a celebratory embrace between the two at the finish line.
During the hospital visit, the Princess of Wales engaged with patients and staff, including a 10-year-old patient named Ejran. In a lighthearted exchange regarding the child’s poem about the film Shrek, the Princess noted that her children are fans of the movie, citing their enjoyment of its music and dance sequences. The Princess has since invited the child to share his work with her for future correspondence.
