As documented in the new Netflix projects, police utilized a controversial ‘honey trap’ operation, attempting to coerce a confession from Stagg through a female undercover officer. The Cost of Inaction
The failure to identify the true killer, Robert Napper, allowed a serial predator to remain at large.
