A Russian drone strike in Ukraine’s northern Sumy region resulted in the deaths of three members of a single family, including a 13-year-old boy, according to Ukrainian officials. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the strike targeted civilian infrastructure, devastating the family home.
