The 1-77 hotline is no longer active as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ restructuring of Armenia’s Traffic Police. The number is now assigned to the newly organized Community Police division for inquiries related to administrative issues. The division oversees administrative complaint reviews, traffic monitoring, and enforcement, aiming to enhance local police effectiveness.
