New Signing for the Bantams
Bradford City have officially announced the signing of goalkeeper Jon McCracken on a three-year deal. The 26-year-old will join the club as a free agent starting July 1, following his decision to decline a new contract offer from Scottish Premiership side Dundee.
McCracken brings significant experience to the Bantams, having developed through the Norwich City youth academy. During the previous season, he made 39 appearances across all competitions for Dundee, establishing himself as a reliable presence in goal.
Managerial Approval
Bradford City manager Graham Alexander expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition, citing the player’s technical ability and professional profile. “Jon has all the attributes a top goalkeeper needs and we are delighted he has joined us,” Alexander stated in an official club release.
The move marks a key strategic addition for Bradford City as they prepare for the upcoming campaign, securing a player who has already proven his capability in competitive professional environments.
