The Galaxy Tab S12+ is expected to feature a 12.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the premium Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is slated to house a larger 14.6-inch AMOLED display, also at 120Hz. Both models are expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, supported by 12GB of RAM and a 256GB base storage capacity.
Battery performance remains a focal point for the new lineup, with the Plus variant expected to feature a capacity between 10,500mAh and 10,600mAh. The Ultra model is projected to include an 11,600mAh battery. Both devices are anticipated to support 45W wired charging speeds, maintaining parity with current industry standards for high-end tablets.
