Queensland Police confirmed that a 16-year-old boy, who was known to the victim, was arrested later in the afternoon in a vehicle on Gowan Road in Stretton. As of Tuesday evening, no formal charges had been laid, and the suspect remains in police custody assisting with inquiries.
