Marvel Studios is set to provide a significant cinematic boost to the upcoming release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day in India. According to official industry updates, the highly anticipated trailer for Avengers: Doomsday will be attached to theatrical screenings of the new Spider-Man film, which opens on July 30, 2026.
This marks the first time audiences will be able to view the trailer for the next major crossover event in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) on the big screen. Avengers: Doomsday, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on December 18, 2026. The film features an expansive ensemble cast, including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, and Pedro Pascal, as the studio looks to conclude its current Multiverse Saga.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day, starring Tom Holland and Zendaya, is currently tracking for a record-breaking opening in the Indian market. Industry projections suggest the film could generate between Rs 50-60 crore in its opening weekend, with global expectations placing its debut near the $800 million mark. The film will be available to Indian audiences in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
In addition to the Avengers footage, industry reports indicate that the trailer for the upcoming Ramayana project may also be attached to the same screenings, as both films share distribution ties through Sony Pictures. While the Ramayana trailer release remains subject to final confirmation, the dual-trailer strategy is expected to further drive advance ticket sales for the Spider-Man premiere.
